We opened our spa in 2007 to offer Swedish-based Therapeutic Massage to the Montreal community and it's visitors.

Massage can be very healing, improving your sense of well being and quality of life. Massage promotes relaxation and decreases stress, enhances good circulation, improves flexibility and range of motion, and provides relief for muscle tension and stiffness.

Our therapists are trained in Swedish Massage Therapy, Ayurvedic Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Aromatherapy, Chair Massage, Inverter Massage, Passive Mobilizations, and Thai Massage.

Every massage session can be unique. Your therapist will take a complete health history and consult with you to setup a treatment plan that meets your goals and needs.
